I was really excited when I received this booking as I had my eye in this London venue for a while. I was the Event Photographer at The View Royal College of Surgeons for a conference organised by one of my regular clients. The venue didn’t disappoint!
Event Photographer – Holborn
The View is located right in the heart of London, served by Holborn tube just a short walk and right behind The Royal Courts of Justice. This venue was reimagined and fitted for events in 2021 their conference room can hold up to 300 delegates.
What can you expect when hiring my services as a conference photographer in London?
I will cover all aspects of your conference:
- From the delegates arriving for registration and ben greeted and ben directd by your members of staff, the branded material that you have carefully designed and put together.
- Delegates enjoying a coffee and a networking opportunity upon arrival, during this time I will mainly focus on capturing people looking engaged in conversation. I will also focus in capturing the overall buzz and the space looking busy to show that your conference was very well attended and a succesful event!
- Once the conference starts I will capture each keynote speaker and panel and I will capture as well each panel member individually and animated in their interventions. As well as the conference room from the back, showing the scale of the conference.
- During the breaks I will focus in capturing more networking opportunities as networking is of incredible value to make all this connections that might lead to great oppornuties.
- After the conference there is often some networking drinks, here I will focus with my photography in capturing the conference delegates looking relaxed and enjoying a drink after a busy conference day this is a great opportunity to interchange opinions and discuss topics from the day.

What can you expect when hiring my Event Photography services?
I thought I should list below what is included in my services when delivering not just conference photography in London but any form of corporate event.
My 20 years of experience working as a professional photographer.
- I bring over 20 years of experience working as a professional photographer.
- All communications via e-mail/phone ahead of the event.
- My travel to your event and back within London with my equipment.
- Arriving 15 minutes before the start time. We can discuss any final details or last minute changes. Also in this time I will set up and be ready to start at the agreed time.
- Technology also enables me to provide pictures right from the back of my camera via wifi straight to your phone. This is incredibly useful to keep your social channels up to date with the latest.
- If required, a handful of images from the event can be made available straight after the event.
- The full hand-edited album (I don’t do batch edits) will be available on average within 72 hours after the event. If needed a quicker turnaround can be provided.
- Images to be delivered in a downloadable and sharable link.
- All images will be supplied as high resolution JPEGs.
- I am insured with public liability of up to £5m.
