As a London Event Photographer my work is incredibly varied. I could say that my work is predominantly as a Corporate Event Photographer but I do photograph all types of events and multi sector. I was recently the London Conference Photographer of choice at Active Uprising the annual conference of UK Active. I have previously been commissioned to deliver the conference photography of this event for the organisation over the years – please click here to see my conference photography from previous editions – as they keep coming back to me. I take incredible pride on returning customers, I think it is the best feedback that I could possibly have.

Conference Photographer at QEII Centre London
The conference took place at QEII Centre London, a venue where I have photographed conferences and events on countless occasions and a venue that always delivers – you can see another conference that I have photographed at this venue here. QEII is in the heart of London, Westminster strategically located right opposite the Houses of Parliament. This wasn’t the first time that UK Active had hosted their annual conference there, as I remember vividly capturing with my conference photography for them Keynote Speakers, such as Olympic Champion Dame Jessica Ennis

This years keynote speaker was Lioness legend Jill Scott which was in a fireplace style conversation with Professor Greg Whyte former Olympian and Sports Scientist.

London Conference Photographer – Speaker Photographer
There were so many interesting talks and speakers at this conference that I captured with my conference photography, such as Kim Leadbeater Labour MP who lead the discussion in one of the panels.

Carmen, thank you. You captured the most captivating images of me presenting at the UK Active Uprising conference. They’ve perfectly complimented my social media posts and it’ll be headlining my personal showreel. I love the close up shots (and I didn’t even notice you in my eye line). Really appreciate. Highly recommend!
Dean Leak, Mindset Coach
Dean Leak’s speech was incredibly thought provoking and got the audience engaged not only during his speech but also sparked conversations amongst delegates with his “tell me more”

London Conference Photographer – QEII Events Venue
As well as photographing the conference there was an exhibitors hall where conference delegates could grab a cup of coffee in between sessions and learn about all that is on offer in the gym and health industry from top providers. My aim is to photograph each stand engaged in conversation with a visitor and keep their branding as visible as possible. I am aware that thanks to these stands and sponsors this conference can happen, so I understand that these photographs are of incredible value.

You can also expect that I will photograph the day from the beginning, the delegates registration with members of your team looking happy as they greet the conference delegates. I always aim to capture as much of the conference branding in my photographs and I do this in a natural way.

Then at this point I will focus on capturing the busy images, this is when the exhibition hall will look full during the welcome coffee and that’s what you want to show to the world – that your conference was a success! It was well attended and a great opportunity to network, to meet other like-minded people and to bring business opportunities.
